Registration can be completed by mail,on-line, or in person at packet pickup or on race day. Online registration can occur as late as Oct. 23 at 8 p.m.
If you haven't registered by race day, Oct. 27, you can still join the fun! You can register at Packet Pick-up or you may simply come down to the start on the morning of the race and register there. Arrive at the race registration table at the base of Montague Street in Westchase no later than 6:00 a.m. for the 10K and 7:00 a.m. for the 5K; however, we always have a big crowd hoping to join the fun so arrive early. Goodie bags and T-shirts, however, may not be available for those registering at Packet Pick-up or on the morning of the race, so register early to guarantee yourself a T-shirt and bag.
We're sorry, but if you are unable to attend the race, race organizers will be unable to mail your T-shirt and packet. We cannot hold your bags and shirts for you until you finish your race, you are responsible for your belongings.
Awards will be given for the top 3 overall Male & Female for the 10K & 5K
First place Male and Female Masters & Grand Masters for the 10K & 5K
Age group awards will be presented 3-deep in divisions for the 10K & 5K, in standard five-year age groups up to 75+
Awards will be given to the top 3 Male & Female overall for the Challenge Division. All Challengers will receive a finisher medal.
All runners are eligible to be entered into a raffle for great prizes, including great prizes, gift certificates and more!
If this is your first 10K or 5K race ever, please be sure to stay for the awards ceremony where your accomplishment will also be acknowledged in a special way.

• No hand-cycles, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, or dogs will be allowed on the course. (Baby joggers will be allowed in the VERY BACK of the starting coral.)
• Course Time Limits: 10K = 2hrs, 5K = 1hr. *Walkers are welcome, but please note that the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s office has the authority to ask runners to move over to the sidewalk at their discretion.

KIDS' FUN RUN
The Kids' Fun Run will begin in front of the Gables Clubhouse at the corner of Brompton Drive and Montague Avenue and will proceed around the West Park Village Plaza.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m - 1 p.m. & 3-7 p.m. at the Westchase Recreation Center located at 9791 Westchase Dr., Tampa, FL 33626.
*Please note that this is a different location than the race start.
If you would like to pick up for multiple people please email Leslie Blaze at email@example.com with a complete list of all runners. First name, last name, and age so that the group can be pulled ahead of time. Groups must be emailed no later than noon on Wednesday, Oct. 24 in order for them to be accommodated. Once placed in a group they must be picked up as a group.
Those who cannot pick-up their packet at the scheduled time may pick up the packet on the morning of the race, but these runners should arrive at the registration table no later than 6:00 a.m. for the 10K and 7:00 a.m. for the 5K to avoid the rush.
All racers in both races receive a quality commemorative T-shirt and sponsor packet. All runners will also receive a raffle ticket on race day to enter our drawing for our many raffle items, must be present to win. Complimentary food and drink will be provided at the finish. SHOW US YOUR SPIRIT!
While not required for participation, race participants are encouraged to come out in Halloween costume for some added fun. All runners in costume will be entered into a contest for great prizes.
Directions & Parking
From downtown Tampa (I-275) proceed north on Veterans Expressway to the Linebaugh exit. Proceed west on Linebaugh through the entrance to Westchase at the corner of Sheldon and Linebaugh. Entrances to West Park Village will exist one block east and west of Linebaugh’s intersection with Montague Street.
Parking is limited, so if you live in the area please ride your bike to the race or walk. There are parking lots at Westchase Elementary School and at the Westchase Recreation Center. Spaces are limited and there are many other events that happen in the community so please arrive early if you plan on parking a vehicle.
Additional parking is available on the side streets of Brompton Drive, Belgrave Road, West Park Village Drive, Tate Lane, and many other side streets. Please keep in mind that these are residential streets, do not block the roads to emergency vehicles. If you double park and an emergency vehicle cannot get through your car could get towed. Be considerate and do not park on lawns.
One lane both Eastbound and Westbound on Linebaugh Avenue from Montague Street to Countryway Boulevard will be closed from 6:30am until approximately 9:00am.
Montague Street from Linebaugh Avenue to Brompton Drive will be closed from 6:00am until approximately 9:30am.
Hillsborough County Sherriff’s office will be on site directing traffic in the open lanes on Linebaugh Avenue. If you are not participating in the event and need to get through the community your best bet is to get out before 6:30am, or leave yourself extra time.
The intersection of Montague and Linebaugh will be the most congested between 7:00-7:30 and 8:00-8:30, Countryway and Linebaugh during 7:15-7:45 and then intermittently as the runners come back through.
If you have a tee time at the Westchase Golf Club please allow extra time to arrive, let the officers know so they can direct you appropriately to Radcliffe Drive.
